Once baked allow to cool to room temperature or cooler to portion.

1/4 Cup Broccoli

1/2 Courgette

Vegan Smoked Bacon and Vegan Cheese (as much as you like!)

Method:

FRITATA PIC.jp2

Sauté all veg on a medium-high heat to gain a nice amount of colour.

Once veg is cooked and browning, add vegan butter into the pan and allow to melt.

In a separate bowl, prepare your egg mix by whisking x4 scoops of Chick-Free Egg Mix with x6 Scoops of Plant Milk. (This makes quite a large frittata, half the egg measurements if this is for one person/serving!)

Pour your egg mixture on top of your veggies, at this point you can top with vegan cheese and vegan bacon goes well too!

Bake in oven at 200°C for 10-15 Minutes until golden all over and the egg mix has set.

Slice, serve and enjoy.
